I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was very helpful.

Amenities such as toilet tissue and paper towel was inadequate.

I feel that the house eave troughs require cleaning due to excess rain overflow entering the outside entrance doors and flooding flooring.
Pool service was good but the solar heat for the pool was not satisfactory.
The wild rooster population is out of hand in the area. Roosters crow continually from 1:30 AM and on into the daylight.
This property is beautifull inside and out. We are from Saskatoon re below.

There were two negatives> There were lots of ants running around. We made sure to not leave any open food or drink. The sinks in the Master bedroom did not have any hot water the entire time we were there. The positives were that it is a great house with a great view and a very good setup. The pool was pretty cool but I guess that's the way they all are there. We really enjoyed our stay there and would go back again.

Very nice house with well stocked kitchen. It did take over a week of our 2 week stay to get the broken shower head fixed and the pool filter was broken most of the time while we were there ( which made the pools solar heater inoperable)

Family truly enjoyed the vacation home. Place had all the amenities one could ask for and great location only 5 miles ride down the road to beach and al the shops on Kona. Very comfortable and relaxing perfect for family gatherings.
