South facing and with stunning views of the coastline and Mediterranean, this high quality, light and airy villa offers a tranquil setting in a peaceful, exclusive area. The 10 x 5m pool has Roman steps in one corner, is on a level with the main patio and lounges and is not overlooked by other villas. 18 people can dine al fresco in the shaded area of the main patio. The top floor houses the master bedroom suite, a large double bedroom and a twin room, all en-suite and with access to the upper terrace with its shaded naya and panoramic views. On the lower level there is a separate apartment complete with own kitchen dining area, double bedroom, shower room and patio. A secluded garden area beyond the pool offers a quiet retreat. ADSL and WIFI are available. An computer is supplied which would enable you to watch movies and listen to music via 'Spotify' - in addition to the existing cable TV and music system.

This is the most easterly point of mainland Spain and enjoys a unique climate rated as 'environmentally near perfect' by the World Health Organisation. Its a mixture of stunning 100m high cliffs, rocky coves, fishing harbours and clean sandy beaches. Located a few minutes drive from Javea's lively bars, quality restaurants, shops, and historical Old Town. Numerous fiestas, processions, firework displays, Saints' days, historical re-enactments, markets all year. The theme parks of Aqualandia, Mundomar, Vergel Safari Park, Terra Mitica and Terra Natura are all superb days out. The regional capital of Valencia also offers F1 Grand Prix racing, America's Cup yatch racing, superb aquarium, Imax, opera house, etc. Ferries take you up and down the coast, or to Ibiza and Majorca. Take a drive inland to the Jalon valley for lunch or to the fortified hill top town of Guadalest. Motorway access to the rest of Europe is excellent.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The above are the basic villa prices for up to 12 guests. It is necessary to book the villa plus apartment for up to 17 guests. Bed linen and bathroom, towels are 15 euros per person per week. The final clean is 200 euros per week. Air conditioning is available for the whole house for 180euros per week.. Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 20% deposit, the balance being due 8 weeks before your holiday begins.
    A breakages deposit of 800euros is needed and will be returned within a week of your leaving and after the property inspection.
    Payment can be by bank transfer or cheque.

    Enquiries for holidays of less than one week or long term rentals are welcome
  • The villa is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival with all cleaning and laundry charges included.
    A hand and bath towel are provided per person. A complimentary poolside/beach towel each is provided in order to reduce your baggage allowance.
    Holidays of more than one week include a weekly bed linen and bathroom towel change.
  • 4 cars can be parked inside the secure gates.

    You will be met at the villa on your arrival in order that we may give advice on the area.

There is a solar powered, fresh water shower next to the swimming pool. As well as the standard hand and bath towel for each guest, we also supply a complimentary poolside/beach towel in order to save your flight baggage allowance.

The ground level smaller lounge is being redecorated in a Morrocan theme in which the cushioned filled day bed is actually a real double bed, enabling the room to become an exotic bedroom for 2 if necessary.

Notes: The whole villa is light and airy with air conditioning, subtle lighting and polished marble floors. Kashmir rugs, central heating, and double glazing make winter months very comfortable. 3 indoor lounge areas, (total seats 22) the main with leather sofas, a Swedish fireplace, a 42' plasma screen television system. 2 indoor dining areas (total seats 18). Piped music in most rooms and in the shaded BBQ area. There is a charcoal BBQ, a large George Foreman BBQ/grill and a drinks fridge in the outside kitchen. Both kitchens have ample cupboards in cherry or sapele wood with polished granite surfaces. Roll down window shutters provide shade and security. Board games, children's videos, books and music provided. A table tennis table is provided. A welcome pack is included. Smoking is permitted on the terraces. As well as ample patio chairs and tables, there are 12 sun loungers. A solar power, fresh water shower is next to the pool. Maid and babysitting service available
