Recognized for its castle-like dormers, towers and shell keeps, homes with French Renaissance architecture often create the feeling of a protected castle with a psuedo draw-bridge effect. The Grand gated entry also adds to the feeling that your are staying in a fortified castle.
You will find that this is one of the most interesting and relaxing homes in all of North Dallas to stay at while traveling. It has 5 Bedrooms and 4 Baths with over 6000 square feet of space to enjoy. It has an amazingly open floor plan with high vaulted ceilings, a huge living room and dining room area, game room complete with games, computer, etc. WiFi is also avail throughout the entire Estate.
The kitchen and living room are both very large and are perfect for all family gatherings. The family room/den/living room has a massive leather sofa sectional and its own multi-media entertainment system. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc. In addition the kitchen has some very large windows that overlook the creek and wooded lot. Its an amazing view.
Outdoors the home has 3 private porches and with an Infinity Edge pool for summer swimming or just sitting and relaxing. And just for fun there is a tent setup in the wooded backyard for the kids if they decide to have camp out.
Bedroom #1) Master Bedroom - The master bedroom is very large with just over 800 square feet of space. I has two separate vanities for him/her. It also has a full size Jacuzzi tub and a very large dual sided his/her glass shower. Bed is a King bed and can easily sleep 3-4. There is also a sitting room couch in the bedroom that can be used for extra sleeping space for small children or teens.
Bedroom #2) Upstairs - Large bedroom with its own private bath/shower. Has queen size bed that can sleep two or three.
Bedroom #3) Upstairs - Large bedroom that overlooks the 2 acre lot. It also has a queen bed that can easily sleep two or three.
Bedroom #4) Upstairs - Large room with queen bed. Bathroom has private entrance.
Bedroom #5) Upstairs - King bed - Bathroom has private entrance.
This home is also has plenty of towels and linens, pillows, etc for you and your guests.
Technology: The entire home and pool areas are WiFi connected so that you can surf the internet, get to emails, etc. In addition the home has full cable TV with Netflix and ROKU on-demand video streaming, DVD player is also avail with with numerous DVD movie titles, XBox and Wii with numerous game titles and controllers, and much more.
The house is also avail as a daily rental for anniversary parties, birthday parties, corporate parties, retirement parties, private dinners, private meetings, baby showers, small weddings, etc if you are interested. Rates vary depending on the type of event, number of guests, etc.
