A jewel of a historical modernist building,in the center of CANET DE MAR,which is a charming town with a LONG SANDY BEACH.It is near Barcelona(40km),Girona (59km),France(110km).To Barcelona it takes only 35 min by car(motorway) or 48 min by train.The train station is 150 meters away(every 15 min trains to Barcelona).The house, recently refurbished(july 2009),has 6 LARGE LUXURY SUITES,each with its own exquisite decoration and furnished with period pieces,with own bathroom, sitting space,TV,kitchenette.Some suites have a terrace or garden.Each suite is suitable for 2 persons(plus child up to 6 years).The house has a solarium.   • WHOLE VILLA: Total of 6 suites, groups of maximum 14 persons
    per night 390€,

    Price include water,electricity,gas,final cleaning,linen,bath towels,garden maintenance.
    Extra cleaning 10€ per hour.
    Extra services available (breakfast, daily cleaning,beach towels,baby sitting, transfer from the airport, parking etc...) for additional charge.
  • Payment Conditions:
    -To make a reservation we require a deposit payment to be made of 30% of the total to our account. On receipt of your bank transfer we will send you confirmation by e-mail.
    The outstanding balance of 70% is payable in cash (euros) on your arrival.
    -Property Deposit 200-500€€. This deposit is payable in cash on arrival and will be refunded on departure less any amounts deducted for the cost of any damage to the property or any missing objects.
