Photos and Description of the McCall vacation townhome rental

McCall, Idaho…small town charm, breathtaking beauty and endless outdoor activities. It boasts July 4th fireworks, Payette Lake Antique & Classic Wooden Boat Show in August, and Winter Carnival the last week in January with snow sculptures and fireworks.

This luxury Greystone property is located in the heart of McCall on the east side of Payette Lake. It is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the marina and beach. Public parking for launching a boat is just a minute away. Brundage Mountain Ski Resort is a 15 minute drive, Ponderosa Park is a 2 minute drive and offers great hiking, skate and cross country skiing. Tamarack Ski Resort is about 20 minutes away.

The upper floor includes the living room with a stone hearth and propane fireplace, vaulted wood beamed ceilings, cherry hardwood floors, 47” HD flat screen TV with DVD. Cable TV and internet are provided. Located off the living room is a patio with BBQ and comfortable seating.

The gourmet kitchen has granite counters, and island work area, stainless steel appliances, and a large dining area that seats 8 along with additional counter seating at the island.

The master suite has a king size bed, private deck, his and hers private dressing area leading to the master bath with a double sink vanity, oversized jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and private commode area.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and hallway bathroom with shower and deep tub.

The lower level has a bedroom with a king size bed. The den has a comfortable sofa that converts to a queen size bed, a 32” flat screen TV with DVD. The bathroom has a stall shower.

There is a laundry room equipped with washer, dryer and built in ironing board.

This bi-level unit is 2,400 sq. with a 2 car tandem garage.

We can have groceries waiting for you (for an additional fee) along with a list of other available services.

Affordable Luxury

We stayed at the town home with 2 other couples over President's Day weekend. We were thrilled with the home. It was luxurious, convenient, and comfortable. It had everything we needed (with the exception of a wine decanter, although the glass bowl on the table worked just fine as a substitute for our purposes - sorry, Hallie). We were able to play music on their stereo using Pandora, and we even enjoyed some wine and appetizers on the patio during an unusually warm winter evening.
My husband and I drew the high card and got the Master bedroom/bathroom, which were amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom and shower stayed surprisingly warm for McCall in the winter, and the jetted tub was heaven after a day of skiing. It was also great to have the washer and dryer for our ski gear.
The owners were relaxed but responsive, very easy to work with. I look forward to paying another visit to Greystone, maybe in the summer next time. Thanks!

Christmas in McCall

Our family celebrated Christmas in this beautiful townhome and enjoyed every minute of it! The location of the property could not be better: 15 minutes from skiing at Brundage, and a 3 minute drive to downtown, (or a 10 minute walk beside the lake). The home is beautifully furnished, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. The property was clean and well-maintained; we would recommend this unit to anyone looking for the best in McCall. There were even some Christmas decorations in the home when we arrived making it special for all of us! Thank you, Hallie, for your professionalism and thoughtfulness which made a very memorable holiday.

AMAZING!

We stayed for the weekend and absolutely loved this property! We were in walking distance to the farmers market, downtown McCall and the marina. This condo was very clean and had everything one would need while away from home. Very nicely decorated and very warm and cozy atmosphere! 6 adults stayed here, very comfortable and not crammed at all. 3 full bathrooms was really nice since everyone had their own. Definitely would return!!

The Greystone home was perfect for a weekend of fun and adventure in beautiful McCall Idaho! There were 4 couples who shared the home and we never felt crowded or on top of each other. The home is beautifully designed and decorated, kept immaculate, and well stocked with everything you need to cook scrumptious meals in. The location cannot be beat, you are a block from the beach and close to all the restaurants to walk to dinner or ice cream for desert! The Ponderosa State Park is just a hop-skip-and a jump. We were doing the triathlon which started and finished in the park and we didn't even have to get in our cars to drive to the start. The owner communicates well and has a terrific binder with all the information on McCall you could possibly need. I would highly recommend renting this home to anyone!
