Portofino is the premier project on The Gulf Coast. It offers a most complete European Spa and Lifestyle Center complete with the fabulous Terracotta Restaurant. The project has 8 heated swimming pools and 5 Rubico Tennis Courts. This unit is in Tower two and has a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico and Intra Coastal Waterway, gorgeous lifestyle center and sparkling infinity pools. We bought this unit in 2010 as an investment. When its not rented me and my family are probably staying in the unit and enjoying everything Portofino and the island have to offer.

We invested significant money in painting and buying new furniture for this unit. The unit is tastefully decorated. The walls are 'sailcloth white.' All of the furniture is less than two years old. This is NOT a 'tacky' unit.
