About Owner/Manager

We stay in this property periodically during the year and enjoy the easy commute to Sorrento Valley and downtown San Diego for work. We love going to La Jolla shores beach and the convenience of La Jolla Village with great restaurants and shops like Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and 2 movie theaters in addition to a great neighborhood park nearby.

Owner/Manager purchased this townhome in 1999

We selected this townhouse for its convenient location to the beach and La Jolla Village and the rest of San Diego and of course the fantastic weather year-round.

What makes this townhome unique

Totally remodeled with attached 2 car garage, being a townhouse there is no one above or below you, quiet La Jolla neighborhood, and easy location make this a great place to stay for a month or a year!

My family and I stayed here for 2 months while my husband was working in the Sorrento Valley area of San Diego. The whole family enjoyed this home. The location was great for my husband to commute quickly and was so close to so many activities for me and our young daughter. I was very impressed with the stylish decoration of this home and it was very well stocked with everything we might need. The hardwood floors everywhere made it easy for me to keep tidy and I loved having the large outdoor patio where my daughter could play and I could keep an eye on her while I cooked in the kitchen. Next time my husband comes to San Diego for work this is where we will stay!

GREAT Location, EXCELLENT Stay!

I came here to work with research colleagues at UCSD for 2 months. The location was great and I rarely used my rental car except for sightseeing. The townhome was actually a couple blocks from a bus lines that goes directly into UCSD and was also within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and movie theaters. Really enjoyed spending my time here, very comfortable place, definitely exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend to anyone coming to work with the university.
