In this new house you will find all you need for a relaxing family holiday. 4 spacious bedrooms with comfortable Dunlopillo double beds - and two additional movable single beds. 2 large bathrooms - one with double shower and one with shower and bath tub. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and other electrical appliances you need. Living room with TV, Video and Playstation.

In the very spacious 260m2 garden/teresses you will find a 7,5 x 5,5 m private pool sourrounded by comfortable hard wood, olive- almond trees as well as lavende thym, rosmary and other flowers. Also hard wood garden furniture: 8 sun beds, tables and chairs for 10 persons.. From the house you have a magnificent sea view. The house is located on the top of a hill in walking distance to the beach and the small village Cerbère.

Cerbere is famous for its Marine world and Scuba diving with diving clubs offering a view of one of the most beautiful submerged marine world in the Mediterranean - in a 650 hect. protected area between Cap Peyrefite and Cap Bear. Sporting and recreational facilities like Golf, Tennis, Horse-riding, fishing, safe beaches with lifeguard, Water sports, Sailing, Windsurfing. Wünderschönen Aufenthalt - traumhaften Ausblick

Wir halten einen Wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Ihren Ferienhaus und werden den Pool sowie den traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer sehr vermissen. Die kleinen Städtschen dieser Gegend sind wirklich sehenswert und die Franzosen sehr sehr freundlich. Das Essen und die Weine waren einfach köstlich. Besonders empfehlenswert ist der Besuch des Weinkellers "Cellier des Templiers" und die Weinprobe dort ein Genuss.

We had a great stay at this villa. Peter was very good at providing all the information needed for a good holiday. The house itself is very well equipped and stylishly furnished. The views of the coastline are fabulous and engaging in all weathers. The town of Cerbere is a short walk from the house. It is a lovely, clean harbour town and has everything you need from local shops. We found it a perfect base to explore the area, and a beautiful villa to spend time in.

Super holiday - we were all impressed

I’d like to say that we had a super holiday with our family and their partners, thanks to your wonderful house in Cerbère. We were all very impressed with it. It was just right for us all, with plenty of space where we could be together yet have our own space too. We thought the inside and outside combined together really well.

The views were great too – some lovely sunrises and spectacular moon rises. The combination of the house with all that nature splendidly provided made for a truly relaxing time. Unusually for me, I even came back fitter than at the start of the holiday – I enjoyed the walk to and from the boulangerie every morning!
