Villa Annie and Villa Katerina are two detached villas each with its own private swimming pool and garden. Each villa can be rented separately or both villas can be rented together, ideal for families and friends wishing to holiday together. The villas are situated in the peaceful, unspoiled village of Ciftlik between the Mediterranean and the Toros mountains. Villa Annie has 3 bedrooms, Villa Katerina has 5 bedrooms. The large terraces overlooking the pools have a barbecue area and are perfect for relaxing and al fresco eating, with beautiful sea and mountain views. First floor bedrooms have access to balconies with stunning views of the Mediterranean or the mountains. These are perfect villas for large families, friends and groups wanting to 'get away from it all' without being isolated. The villas are in the peaceful village of Ciftlik, set close to pine forests with stunning views, but only a short drive to restaurants, shops and sights.

The villa has marble floors throughout and every room has air conditioning. The open-plan ground floor has a kitchen area with large fridge-freezer and spacious living area with sofas, TV/DVD player and table. Double doors lead out to a wide terrace which wraps round both sides of the villa as well as the front. The terrace has a separate dining area and barbecue, with plenty of space to sit and relax, taking in the peaceful ambiance and beautiful views. Being set up towards the mountains, the slight breeze offers welcome respite from heat on summer days. There is a ground floor toilet/utility room. The first floor has a large double bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom with separate bathroom. Each bedroom has its own balcony with lovely views. The second floor has a spacious twin bedroom and a bathroom. The basement has been converted to two further twin bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom, and a separate bathroom.

Ciftlik is a peaceful, unspoiled village perfect for a relaxing holiday away from it all while still being close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, bars and sights. The village has good local amenities and excellent transport links. The closest town is Calis, a picturesque resort with shops, restaurants and bars as well as a long beach and beautiful views out to sea. It also has an Aquapark, great for kids. The bustling harbour town of Fethiye is about 15 minutes drive, with supermarkets, Tuesday market, covered bazaar, fish market and lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The attractive waterfront promenade extends all the way to Calis. Boat tours and Gulets can be hired here, at Oludeniz and at Gocek for relaxing cruises round the islands and bays. The brand new ski resort at Eren Mountain is only an hour away, making the villa ideal for anyone wanting a winter break. Local activities include diving, fishing, paragliding, watersports, sailing, jeep safari, horse riding.

Additional information about rental rates

  • For bookings made within 4 weeks of departure, we require payment in full on booking.

    In all other cases there is a 25% non refundable deposit payable on booking, and the balance of the booking must be paid at least 4 weeks before departure. If full payment is not made when it is due we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

    A security deposit of £100 is also required in addition to the final holiday payment. This deposit will be refunded within five working days of your return, less any costs incurred, including but not limited to damage to the property and any contents, breakages, excess cleaning, loss or non return of keys, loss or non return of bathroom towels and bedding.

    Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer.
  • Reduced rates may be available for groups under 4 persons

Notes: The villa is set in its own garden area with a private pool, 8m long and 4m wide. The pool has a graduated depth with steps to the shallower end. Sunloungers and parasol set provided The air conditioning units also act as heaters for winter lets. The position of the villas make them great bases for exploring the Lycian coast out of season. It is often possible to sit out on the terrace and enjoy meals outdoors throughout the year.
