Beautiful spacious villa on Paros, an island known for its extraordinary landscape and authentic villages. The large plot (8000 m²) is located in the south, on a hilltop with spectacular panoramic sea view of Antiparos and Southern Cycladic Islands. The environment offers tranquillity and privacy, relaxation guaranteed. Excellent possibilities for hiking in the surrounding mountains. Shopping facilities, typical Greek taverns, bars and fine sandy beaches can be found in the easily accessible village of Alyki (2.3 km). The capital Parikia with the main port, vibrant nightlife and numerous tourist attractions is reached in a 15 minute drive (16 km). The majority of the most beautiful beaches, some offering diverse water sports (diving, wind- and kite surfing), as well plenty of secluded coves with crystal clear water perfect for snorkelling can be discovered in the close vicinity. This attractive villa combines space, comfort, cosy atmosphere and charming decor.

Supplementary information: The photos of the villa have been taken in spring. The installation of a pergola for the main veranda and landscaping works surrounding the house are currently in progress, and will be completed by the time of your arrival.
