Two floor detached house placed in the Costa del Sol with stunning views to the sea and the area, excellent weather, very close to the beach.

This house has 5 bedrooms, two kitchens, 3 bathrooms, 2 living-rooms, 1 living room, big terraces to enjoy the views and a private swimming-pool. As you could imagine, it is the perfect place to sunbathe and relax. It is completely equipped, even with a satellite TV.

There is room for around 10-12 people. It is perfect for families and group of friends.

In the area you can find a golf course nearby and also two big shopping malls with lot of entertainment activities for children (bowling, amusement arcades), cinemas, restaurants, etc. Furthermore, the communication with the carriageway is perfect, so that you can go very easily to the city centre, the airport and other tourist areas in Andalucía, for instance, Granada or Sevilla.

A villa of 260 sq m, located in a beautiful typical Andalucian village, Benagalbón (Rincón de la Victoria), just 600 m from the beach and 6,6 km from the famous Añoreta golf club. 19 km from Málaga city centre. With views to the sea and a private swimming-pool. Very close to the Shopping Centre Rincón de la Victoria (cinemas, clothes shops and restaurants). Pubs and discos

On the beach area you could find a lot of typical coastal restaurants with “pescaíto” (sardines, anchovies, shrimps…). On Wednesday morning there is a street market in Rincón de la Victoria. You could play tennis, fish and ride a horse in the area too.

This area is very well known for its wine, so you can enjoy visiting different places and tasting the sweet wine, in places like Cómpeta or Frigiliana.

In 30 min you will be in Nerja where you can visit the Caves and enjoy on the beaches too.
