Beautiful new 2 bedroom 1 bath condo featuring 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. Granite counter tops with new appliances and custom cabinets make eating in a pleasure while a soaker tub with tile surround provide relaxation after a long day at the beach. Private balcony and outside eating area with propane grill provide additional options for families. Being pet friendly ensures the entire family can enjoy time at the beach. An easy walk to public beach access means no hassle trying to find a parking space. Local activities include Fort Fisher Aquarium, paddle boats at the lake, famous Britt's Donuts, unique shopping experiences and plenty of dining variety. Local fishing charters are available or just fish from the surf. Summertime activities include carnival rides at the Boardwalk, live music and outdoor movies. Something for everyone!
About Anne Brodsky

My company actually built this unit as a vacation place for owners and their families. With an increase in my workload, I'm finding we can't spend as much time at the beach as we wanted so we are renting it out for others to enjoy instead. I now co-own this unit with a friend. We both have busy lives running a construction company and a successful restaurant in Southern Pines and hope that others will get as much enjoyment out of this unit as we have in the past.

We chose this property because of its location and easy beach access. Always wanting to have a place at the beach, we were presented an opportunity to build the building for a friend of ours. She owns the top level and we own the bottom level. We love this area as it presents so much to offer in entertainment and relaxation.

What makes this condo unique

Coming to the beach should be a relaxing and comfortable experience and this unit was designed with just that in mind. From the peacefully landscaped yard equipped with a porch swing, to the comfortable interior, this unit provides everything you need in a vacation rental. Beautiful granite countertops and ceramic cooktop make eating in a pleasure and the kitchen island and dining table allow for plenty of eating space. The oversized sofa and love seat provide spacious and comfortable seating while the bedrooms allow ample sleeping and storage space. Free wi-fi and cable round out the experience.
