Close to sandy beaches and just across the bay from the islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros, this is the perfect place to enjoy southern France. The open living and dining area has panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea and is furnished with relaxation in mind. The fully equipped kitchen has a west facing terrace, perfect for sunbathing and afternoon drinks. The master bedroom opens onto an east facing terrace where outdoor breakfasts can be enjoyed. This bedroom has a separate shower room with toilet. The second bedroom has sea views and an en suite bath and toilet. Each room is fully air conditioned, and thoughtful extras such as candles, DVDs, games, sports equipment, hairdryer, and Nespresso coffee, are provided to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. This is an ideal place for couples and families looking for a bright and spacious luxury accommodation.

ATMOSPHERE: During the low-season, from September through May, a sport minded village like atmosphere prevails. This is a great time to relax and enjoy the mild Mediterranean climate, set out by bike or foot on the coastal hiking trails, visit the local villages, gardens, and cultural sites. Summer on the port takes to a livelier pace. Mid-June through August is peak-season with animated nightlife as sunset brings magicians, musicians, and street vendors to line up and down the marina. After a fun-filled day at the beach, relax and enjoy an open-air dinner on the terrace, and stroll along the port amongst the festive population. Along with great beaches, there is an amusement park and go-cart track nearby for carefree summer fun.

FARMERS MARKETS: Stock up on fresh food every Sunday morning at the Hyeres port market, offering visitors the best of local produce plus a chance to speak French! The market also comes on Fridays to the southern neighbouring beach village of La Capte. On Wednesdays the farmers market takes place at the northern neighbouring village of l’Ayguade.

GOLF: Two courses are located nearby. Valgarde 04 94 66 81 02 at 15 kilometres away (20 minutes drive) is located in relatively level residential area near Toulon. Valcros 04 94 66 81 02 at 19 kilometres (30 minute drive) enjoys a hilly setting with a country club feel. The owner has right and left handed golf clubs that may be borrowed. Enjoy the golf!

We are just leaving this excellentl apartment and had a wonderful time. The apartment looks lovely in the photos and is even lovelier in person. The location overlooking the port is beautiful. There is a fun atmosphere along the pier. Moderate upscale dining and shopping along a picturesque port that is clean and well maintained. We are here in the offseason so a little quieter than the summer I am sure but we had a great time with day trips to San Remo Italy and local wine regions of Baldoc and Cassis. Had a lovely day in old town Hyeres which is very charming. Everything at least as good as and ususally better than my expectations.

Hyeres is a great vacation spot with all the essential shops within footsteps. The hills are home of ‘Cote de Provence’, with great wine tasting, and the old medieval town Centres of Hyeres and Bormes Mimosa have many colourful boutiques. St. Tropez makes a classic visit at an hours drive away. Take a 20 minute ferry ride to Porquerolles Island and hire mountain bikes for the day to crystal clear beaches. Hike the coastal nature trails for splendid views and admire wildflowers during spring. For sports enthusiasts there are bike rentals nearby, tennis courts within walking distance, and two golf courses within less than 30 minutes drive. Nautical activities are of excellent quality and sailing, wind and kite surfing, scuba diving, and kayaking can all be enjoyed. The area has a fabulous variety of coastline with long sandy beaches, unspoilt coves, and rugged cliffs. Hyeres is a great location that brings together the best in outdoor activities along with unique French charm!
