Photos and Description of the Maxwell Beach vacation apartment rental 2 bedroom ground floor apt located close to St Lawrence Gap and Oistins.

The apartment consists of 2 large bedrooms with 2 single beds in each with built in wardrobes. The interior is tiled throughout, with cool open plan kitchen , cooker, fridge, washing machine, large dining table to seat 6,. The kitchen leads into a large living room which has a couch, armchairs, kiddies couch, TV,DVD, telephone etc. The living room has double doors opening onto a patio shaded by a large croton bush, which has armchairs, patio table & patio chairs. There is a cozy front garden and parking with fence and gate. There are ceiling fans in every room, internet access in 1 bedroom, 2 telephones, and is ideal for small children because they can be seen easily where ever they go. There is 1 shower and toilet close to garden bedroom with hand basin, and towels linen supplied.The apt is a ground floor converted bungalow

The apt is located on Lower Maxwell Hill, ideally central to St Lawrence Gap and Oistins fish market. The Oistins fish fry is a big attraction with stalls selling clothes and jewellery, plus dancing to live music. Also the famous st Lawrence Gap is a short walk, where you have shops, restaurants, bars , a choice of beaches, hotels, and many night clubs. Big B supermarket is the nearest large shopping centre in Worthing. There is a bus stop at the end of the road, where vans and buses are frequent, for travel to Bridgetown or anywhere in the island. There is windsurfing at Silver Sands which is a short bus ride or drive past Oistins & Atlantic shores.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Between September and end of November the rent is 50 pounds a night, but negotiable depending on number of people and length of stay. December through to August the rent is 60 pounds a night again depending on number ofpeople and length of stay. However if there is anyone staying who was not booked in previously they will be asked to pay 25 US pernight. The apt sleep 4 comfortably . In the event of a booking the deposit is paid into any HSBC bank in England or other arrangements can be made to suit .
  • If longer term is requested, a month or over, I can negotiate a price according to number of people. The apt sleeps 4 and no more because of wear and tear. If unregistered guests move in there will be a surcharge of fifty Barbados dollars.
  • maid service can be requested, and that would cost fifty dollars. I can arrange car hire if they wish & a baby cot can be hired by the tenant for reasons of hygiene.

Notes: Wheelchairs can work easily except for four narrow steps on front porch. However they would need to hire a car. I can do longer term at a negotiable rate, mainly during summer months.
