  • To confirm the booking, the 50% of the rental amount is required and the remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival to the property.
    Booking payments can be made either by bank´s transfer to our Spanish account or by credit card, with a 2% supplement on card´s charge.
    Payments on arrival can be made by cash, credit card (+2% supplement) or traveler cheques.
    As an inventory and breakage deposit, a credit card number is required for the maximum amount of 300 Euros, only chargeable in case of any damage caused to the property.
    Cancellation charges:
    If a cancellation is made with more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund half of the deposit paid.
    Cancellations made inside of 60 days prior to the arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE.
    The minimum rental period is one week.
    The property is booked from 15.00 PM on the day of arrival through to 10.00 AM on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for next arrivals.

Puerto Pollensa: The sedate resort of Puerto Pollensa stretches along a sheltered horseshoe-shaped bay lined with sandy beaches, set against the backdrop of the Boquer mountain range on the north coast of Mallorca. The resort has grown up around the scenic fishing port that serves the picturesque old Roman town of Pollensa, situated a few miles inland. Cafes, restaurants and tourist shops line on the famous pinewalk and the promenade along with some elegant hotels, which overlook the wide sandy beach and the bay, dotted with the colourful sails of yachts. Puerto Pollensa is renowned for hosting some of the best fish restaurants on Mallorca. While this is undoubtedly so, there is also a wide selection of restaurants catering to all tastes.

Pollensa: Situated in the hills, towards the north east of Mallorca, Pollensa is a peaceful old town that has been largely unaffected by tourism. The town was established a few miles inland to protect against any sudden pirate attacks; its harbour, Puerto Pollensa. Some of Pollensa's medieval centre remains around the Plaça Major, the main square, including the church of Nostra Senyora dels Àngels. From the outside the church is fairly austere, the sheer stone façade is pierced only by a large rose window, but the interior is highly decorative particularly during the packed Sunday morning services when it is ablaze with candles. Other than the church, the main square houses a cluster of bars and cafés, and on Sunday morning, a busy market. Just north of the square is the Via Crucis (Way of the Cross), a long stone stairway, bordered by ancient cypress trees. At the top, in a small chapel, is a much-revered statue of Mare de Déu del Peu de la Creu (Mother of God at the Foot of the Cross).

Golf: Pollença Golf Club is located two kilometres from Pollença, bordered to the sea to the north, and by Alcudia to the east. The Club is located at Km 49.3 on the Palma- Pollença road. Nine holes of golf, perfectly integrated into the beautiful local environment. The course offers panoramic views over the Tramuntana mountains, olive groves, the bays of Pollença and Alcudia and s’Albufereta reserve. By the end of the first round, the visitor will surely agree that challenge, variety, and harmony with nature are focal points around which the club’s success is built.Golf Pollença was opened in 1986 and underwent a complete renovation programme in the year 2000 to bring it to the excellent standard it boasts today. The greens are maintained in perfect condition and there are two lakes and much indigenous vegetation, above all olive and pine trees. Underlining our commitment to the environment, the golf course is irrigated using purified water.

The apartment was exactly as it looked on the website, very well presented, and with everything you could wish for on a self catering holiday. All the furnishings and equipment are of a high standard, and the location was perfect - just far enough away from the main road to not be bothered by traffic noise and near enough to walk into the port at night.

Wonderful even if weather is bad

We were staying 1 week in this cosy appartment and it was raining about 4 days. What luck that we got that appartment. It is very nice furnished and very well equipped. It is very clean and interior fittings are very tastefully. We did feel like at home. The sleeping rooms are big enough and the living room is huge. The private garden is beautiful with a large table and a huge palmtree affords shade. It was really relaxing.
The walk to the beach and into the city centre takes about 15 minutes. Supermarkets are nearby and a restaurant as well. We highly recommend this property and if once we will visit Port Pollença again, this would be the place we want to stay again.

Very nice and clean apartment, tastefully furnished and well equipped. The outdoor area is pleasant, with easy access to the pool. This is a property suitable for families with children. Car is recommended since it is approximately 1,2 km to the beach/town, and this can be a quite long distance in the heat when carrying inflatable beach-articles and similar stuff. We absolutely would like to rent the apartment again, if possible.
