Photos and Description of the Treptow-Kopenick vacation bungalow rental

We rent a holiday bungalow on a water property of approx. 300 m². The property includes a boat and a swimming stage, from where you can explore the local seascape with one of our motorboats (with or without boat license). The bungalow offers enough room and comfort for a maximum of 4 people. The living surface is about 55 m² on two storeys. The lower floor features the living room (a sleeping sofa) with satellite TV and radio. Furthermore a bathroom and a kitchen with coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator, ceramic stove top, microwave and grill. On the upper floor you can find two bedrooms for one resp. two people. There is garden furniture and a grill on the roofed-over terrace. Additionaly we offer the rental of bicycles and two motorboats with 4 PS resp. 15 PS for a low charge. Pets are warmly welcome and exempt from charges.

Berlin – Rauchfangswerder, the south-eastern peak of Berlin is a peninsula amidst the seascape rich in forests and water. Not only the scenic charm of this region will please you. The advantageous location enables you to explore the surroundings such as Berlin, the Spreewald, Potsdam or even Poland. Rauchfangswerder, as well as the property that will be rented by you, is situated directly at the Zeuthener Lake. It is a perfect place for cycling, boating as well as fishing. From here you can explore the various water connections that connect the lakes of Brandenburg and Berlin and watch the lovely sunsets at night while enjoying a glass of red wine.

  • The indicated prices refer to an occupancy with 2 people. In case of an occupancy with 3 or 4 people the rent price during high season is 450 € per week and 400 € per week during low season. That means the rent per day is 70 €. Additionally we charge 30 € for the final cleaning and 0.35 € per KWh electricity consumption. The lending fee per bicycle is 3 € , for a boat 10 € a day.

Kurzgefasst fanden wir die Finnhütte genauso vor wie beschrieben, alles war sauber und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Bauartbedingt gibt es eine schmale steile Treppe nach oben die für beweglich eingeschränkte Personen oder sehr kleine Kinder nicht empfehlenswert ist. Der Garten endet direkt am Bootssteg, mitnehmen von Booten und Surfbrettern ist daher unbedingt zu empfehlen ! Der Garten ist umzäunt da kann man auch seinen Hund mitnehmen. Eine absolut ruhige Umgebung garantiert gute Erholung, in die Stadt braucht man aber auch nur eine halbe Stunde.

Angaben im Internet waren korrekt,Zustand war gepflegt und sauber,besonders für Angler ideal,da ein eigener Bootssteg vorhanden war.Terassenüberdachung für den Flachbungalow wäre angebracht.Bei der Finnhütte war das super.
