Notes: 5th floor, accessed by private elevator leading into the entrance hallway and living / dining area. The dining area is on a higher level to the rest of the apartment furnished with a white wood and glass table and four matching chairs. The living area is equipped with 2 3-seater white leather sofas, 1 puff, coffee table, 32’ LCD and DVD. The kitchen, right of the entrance way, is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing and machine/dryer. There are two bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes: the master room (queen-sized bed 1.60m x 2.00m) and 1 twin ( 2 single beds 0.90m x 2.00m). Both bedrooms share the large bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower. The lower terrace is accessed through the dining area and the private top terrace is accessible with an interior wooden stair case and is furnished with a teak dining table seating 4 and two teak sun loungers.
