The villa is perfectly situated in the Bella Vida Resort, located on Oren Brown Rd which runs between the 192 and Poinciana Blvd in Kissimmee, right behind Medieval Times and directly next to the large Walmart.Turn right out of the resort and you have access to the 192 with all its restaurants, shops and attractions.Turn left and you come to Poinciana Blvd, which then takes you straight to the Osceola Parkway and the 535/536 for fast access to Disney World, the I4 and all other major attractions. Vacation homes in Kissimmee are the closest you can get to all the attractions, just minutes from all the major Orlando attractions. Disney World (both Epcot and MGM sides of the Park) can be reached in under 10 minutes, Universal Studios and Sea World /Discovery Cove are approximately a 15 minute drive. RESTAURANTS: Far too many to mention but very close by, TGI Fridays, Carabba's Italian Grille, Outback, Cracker Barrel, Denny’s, Red Lobster, Chinese and Sushi.

    A £67 ($108) cleaning charge applies to stays of less than 1 week.
    Security deposit of 10% required at point of booking. If booking is less than 8 weeks prior to departure full
    payment on booking is required.
    These rates shown are per week in Great British pounds. There are obsolutely no hidden extras.
    The only other option is pool heat if you feel you need it.
    Lost deposits for cancelled bookings within 8 weeks before arrival date.

    All bedding linen and towels for the duration of your stay.

Outside the Villa...: The pool area is South facing so your guaranteed all day sun in the pool area. The pool has been upgraded to an increased size of 30 x 15', it is a heated pool and integrated Jacuzzi/spa with colored lighting, With an extended lanai area. The pool is fully covered with a special screen enclosure to keep the bugs out. and also a fully screened pool area to keep the little ones away from the pool when you are not around this is fully moveable. the heater was also upgrading to provide gas pool heating - to get the spa up to temperature fast even in the coldest weather!

The BellaVida Resort...: The BellaVida Resort is a gated community of private homes owned by individuals and designed for vacation rentals. BellaVida has its own 6700sq ft grand clubhouse and over 15 acres of lakes, having a host of features including a large zero entry pool, cybercafe, exercise room, sand volleyball, basketball, children's playground, formal Italian style gardens and more.

hi,i went there with my family and we had a brilliant time.The villa is definitely a 5 star plus like you said and was nice to come back after a long day from the parks and you could go in to the pool having a nice beer and relax.The themes parks are only 20 min away(in the car),there are loads of restaurants near by which are first class.I would recommend this villa to anyone; we are definitely going to come again to this villa.

What can I say! Dont know how to start,
This Villa really is fit for a King, made my £350,000 luxury house look very dissapointing when we got home! Would recommend to anyone, was amazed at the level of decor, finished to TOP TOP home standard, not what i expected at all, Location is perfect for everything, Theme Parks, Shopping etc, Very Clean, Enough Clean towels, Pool was lovely, Enough space for VERY LARGE family, or JOINT families to have an amazing time, WE will certainly be returning to this Villa, I will also be recomending to all my friends and family. All I can say is that I was very depressed to leave, Much better than staying in ANY hotel!

A villa with a difference!

What can I say? Well, firstly i would like to thank Clare in helping us with all of the booking and organisation of our villa choice and also the US arm of the vacation rentals who were there if needed and were really helpful too.

As for the villa, all I can say is first class and is a beautiful new property on the outskirts of Kissimmee in the Bella Vista Development. Its close to the freeway and to Walmart(24hrs) for that important stock of cold drinks.

The location is within 25 minutes of Seaworld and Universal and closer to Disney. Its great for access but also tucked out of the way to provide a bit of peace and quiet. (And close to Kissimmee Light Airport for you light aircraft spotters)

The villa is beautiully furnished and everything you need for a wonderful stay is provided. The villa layout is excellent with areas where you can all enjoy time together and time out for that little bit of holiday quiet with a good book.

All of the bedrooms are of an excellent size (in fact massive by UK and European standards) with good quality bathrooms and ensuites servicing most rooms.

The rooms are well appointed with good quality drawer units and cupboard space and a Television in each room for those that don't want to miss the never ending stream of weather reports.

The living area furnishings are high quality and modern and are not the usual holiday let furnishings you find in many villas.

The pool is warm and a good depth with a fantastic outlook onto the lake which is both private and peaceful.
The games room has the best quality games tables I have seen and are good for passing away an hour when the occasional afternoon thunderstorm passes by.

What more can I say about the villa! Except my family loved this holiday and we will be booking again as soon as we can and that hopefully we can spend more time at the Villa this time with less time in the parks to actually really enjoy it.
