Photos and Description of the Dubrovnik vacation rental 2 floor family house to sleep 4+5 adults on each floor ,separate entrances/floor

Family house Kovac are situated within the Old City walls, not far away from main street Stradun in peaceful area away from night life buzz. We are close (70 metres) to Northern entrance to Old City called BUZA where is also parking place. Only few stares from parking until the house, no problem for carrying the luggage. To the beach and Old City port only 100 metres of light stroll. On the ground floor, with separate entrance: 1 bedroom, bathroom, living room with big sofa which can be easily transformed in to comfortable queen size bed, kitchen with all appliances. Everything is air-conditioned. Towels and linen provided. Can accomodate max 4+1 adults. Additional bed available. Baby cot available. On the first floor, with separate entrance: 2 bedrooms, bathroom with laundry washing machine,dining room and kitchenette with all appliances. Can accomodate 4 adults. Everything is air-conditioned. Towels and linen provided.Baby cot available.

Old City of Dubrovnik, medieval 700 years old town, surrounded by walls like the huge castle situated on Adriatic coast. Many historical monuments, museums, galleries, churches and Cathedral. Essential to see: Dominican monastery, Gundulic square, Onofrio's Fountains - Great and Small, Orlando's Column, The City Belltower, the City Walls, City Hall, Marin Drzic theatre, The Lazaret and the Rector Palace. Dubrovnik's citizens have often had cause to ask for help over the ages, and have never forgotten to say thank you. That's why they had built so many churches. Mass in English is held every day at 12.00 at The Jesuit Church of St Ignatius. Beaches surround Dubrovnik with famous Lokrum island in vicinity, which is connected by boat with Old city harbour on regular half hour basis. Orange buses connect every place in the Town and are run by Libertas. (freedom)

  • In case of reservation/renting of the one floor only the price per night is 100 Euro.
    If and when you decide to confirm reservation, please mail me and I will send you details for the payment of deposit. Deposit can be paid on various ways over bank account, Personal Cheque, or what over other way suites you except credit cards. Credit cards are not accepted because of simple reason that we are registered only as accommodation renters and do not have possibility of doing business with credit cards. I usually ask for 30%. The deadline for the payment of deposit is 7 days after confirmation of the booking. After that booking will no longer be valid.
