    - There is a one-time US$30 cleaning fee for stays of less than 7 nights
    - Prices quoted are for standard occupancy (2 people in studio & 1 Bedroom; 4 in 2 bedroom), there is a small charge of US$10 per day or US$60 per week per person for additional guests
    - There is no additional charge for children under 12 years of age
    - All reservations require 20% down to confirm a reservation with the balance due at check-in
    - A major credit card or US$300 is required as a security deposit with all rentals at check-in
    - Cancellations must be received 14 calendar days prior to check-in for return of your deposit
    - All accommodations are non-smoking & self-catering
    - Weekly maid service is included (daily or twice weekly service is available at additional cost)
    - Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets
    - Room rates are subject to change without notice, but never on a confirmed reservation
