Photos and Description of the Javea vacation villa rental 3 Bed 3 Bath villa with split level accommodation.

This lovely private villa with large pool and terrace area with spectacular views of the valley and mountains is situated in a quiet residential area yet only minutes away from the beach/restaurants and Javea Golf Club. The villa is arranged on two levels making it ideal for two families or nan and grandad, or older teenage children. Upstairs there is a covered terrace with table/chairs ideal for eating outside, lounge, fully fitted kitchen, two double bedrooms with ensuite and family bathroom. The lounge and master bedroom are both fitted with air conditioning. On lower level there is a self contained double bedroom with ensuite shower room. The 8x4 pool has a spacious terrace with plenty of room for sunbathing or relaxing. There is an outdoor shower located next to the pool and at the rear of the private terrace there is a small brick barbeque for those important holiday meals eating outside. There is off road parking for two cars in the enclosed plot & satellite TV in the villa.

The villa is situated in a quiet residential location yet near all local amenities. The ancient fishing village of Javea is divided into three areas, the lovely Arenal bay with its sandy beaches, bars,restaurants and shops. The working fishing port with its harbour, fish market and restaurants and the delightful Old Town with its narrow streets and beautiful old church. There is a weekly outdoor market where you can buy fresh local produce and normal giftware. There is an abundance of good quality restaurants many serving Menu del Dia for around 10 pounds which includes drink and three courses. In Benidorm about 30 minutes drive there are the Terra Mitica and Natura theme and animal parks, also Aqualandia water rides. Javea has a beautiful rugged coastline and is situated on the most eastern point of the Spanish peninsular and enjoys about 300 days of sunshine and was voted by the world health authority as having an almost perfect climate.

Notes: The spacious pool area and outside covered terrace have table/ chairs and six sun beds allowing you to eat outside when you wish or relax and sun bathe around the private pool area. Other facilities include outdoor pool shower and brick built barbeque on the spacious terrace area to enjoy that alfresco dining experience whilst on holiday either during the evening or daytime. Whilst out on this terrace /pool level one can appreciate the spectacular valley and mountain views. Satellite is installed in the villa along with a dvd player should you require them.
