Wireless and TV available. Private side deck, plus single garage and an additional off street parking spot in alley.

I am a native Albertan, who knows most of what you would like to experience in your visit to Southern Alberta, and I'd love to provide info on areas to see/ things to do. I have lived in this house since 1997, and am moving for a short term just a few blocks away.

Super access to highway to the mountains (1 hour away), for those hiking or ski days.
