The villa's spacious open plan accommodation makes it a firm favourite with families. Whether you’re basking on the upstairs roof terraces, or retreating from the hot South African sun under the vine-covered pool side pergola, you’ll find space aplenty for outside living and entertaining. The villa boasts Off street, gated parking for three cars. Three large ensuite bedrooms all with 100% white cotton percale linen and towels with complimentary luxurious shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in each bathroom. From the Master Bedroom you’ll enjoy a stunning 360 degree, panoramic views Table mountain, Lion’s Head and Cape Town City Centre and Harbour. You’ll also find an extra length queensize four poster bed and ensuite bathroom, as well as direct access to the top sun deck and French doors leading to a balcony overlooking the city. There are 2 further beautiful double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and dressing room, one of which is perfectly set up for children.

Additional information about rental rates

  • 50% deposit required at booking, balance 2 months prior to arrival.
    A refundable breakage deposit of R3,000 required. This deposit is refunded a week after departure less any breakage or damages.
    A cleaner comes to the house once a week to clean and do a linen change over, this is included within the rental rate however if a more frequent cleaning service is requested this can be arranged at an additional charge.
    Holistic massage at the villa is also available at an additional charge.
  • Cancellation policy:
    Cancellation 2 months prior to the day of commencement - 100% deposit back.
    Cancellation 1-2 months prior to the day of commencement - 50% of the total accomodation cost to be paid.
    Cancellation 2-4 weeks prior to the day of commencement - 75% of the total accomodation cost to be paid.
    Cancellation 1-2 weeks prior to the day of commencement - 100% of total accomodation costs to be paid. This is also true for no show.

thanks to julia and cheryl for an absolutely fantastic stay in this gorgeous house. We all loved it. The decor is really beautiful. The house is so central and secure. The main bedroom is huge!! It would be nice if there were cupboards to hang up your clothes and a dressing table with a mirror for the ladies in the master bedroom. Thanks so much for the birthday card for my mom. What a lovely touch. We will definately stay there again. Fondest regards Lee

Beautiful house in a lovely part of Cape Town offering stunning panoramic views of the city from the front of the house and of Table Mountain from the back.

Clean, very spacious and ideal for a family holiday. Hope to return one day.
