Spacious 4000 sq.ft home with an easy short walk to a private, quiet beach area

Spacious 6 Bedroom, 5 1/2 Bath mansion in South Forest Beach located 2 homes from the ocean. Sleep in luxurious comfort of all new 'Marriott Resort' mattresses!

This beautiful, modern, and well-appointed Hilton Head beach home is located third row from the ocean in South Forest Beach. It's one of the finest homes in the area. It offers generous bedrooms, huge baths, and plenty of open space for even a large group to spread out and not feel cramped. Located on a double lot, the grounds and lush landscaping are beautiful and there's lots of room for off-street parking with play space for the kids while the adults relax in wonderful comfort.

Winding entry steps lead to a dramatic two story foyer on the main floor where you'll find a beautifully appointed open kitchen with a large eat-in dining area that's connected to a open den, a living room, a dining room, a large Florida room, a half-bath, and a huge king Bali master suite with 40' flat screen TV, jetted tub and separate shower. The living room, den, and Florida all have queen sleeper sofas for extra sleeping space. The den also has a 40' flat screen TV. There's sit-down meal seating for 19. Most rooms have sliding glass doors to access the wrap-around deck and overlook the large pool and spa on the ground level.

Two interior staircases (front and back of the home) access the second floor which has 5 more bedrooms with sliding glass doors that access the second floor wrap around deck. Located in the private left corner of the 2nd floor, the large Palmetto master suite features a king bed, 40' flat screen TV and large private bath with jetted tub, separate shower and double vanities. The next bedroom down the hall is the Nantucket bedroom which features a queen bed and has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. It has a deck which overlooks the pool in the rear of the house. The Sandpiper bedroom features a queen bed, TV, and shares a large bathroom with the Beach bedroom which has two bunk beds with a trundle bed to accommodate 3 children. This 2-bedroom configuration is ideal for parents who want to be close to their young children. The 5th and last bedroom on the 2nd floor is The Lighthouse bedroom features two twins, TV and private bath with a tub/shower combination.

Outdoors you will find expansive decking on two levels, a gas grill, outdoor shower and a very large pool with jacuzzi* set amid lush tropical landscaping. A newly constructed gym will treadmill and Bowflex tread climber will be available in the spring of 2013.

**Pool/jacuzzi can be heated at an additional charge.

This was a winter getaway that proved to be exactly what we needed! The virtual tour of the listing was very accurate...impeccably decorated, open, airy, and very spacious. The property is clean and well-maintained. Most attractive is the location to the beach. Daily temperatures were perfect for brisk morning walks along the beach.'
I would highly recommend this property to family and relatives. Additionally, I would recommend the Red Fish and the Le Bistro Mediterranean Cuisine restaurants.
If you enjoy shopping, check out the Tanger Outlets, Fresh Produce(apparel store), and the Doncaster Outlet stores.
