Situated in Cumbre Del Sol with nearby supermarket, pharmacy, bank and several restaurants beach all within the development. Spectacular local views of sea and cliffs.

Pueblo Montecala is a recently built collection of apartments in the Cumbre Del Sol development. Cumbre Del Sol sits on a craggy coastline mid-way between the attractive old fishing village of Moraira and the lively beach resort of Javea Arenal. The nearest beach is within the Cumbre Del Sol development. Other nearby beaches include Moraira, El Portet, Granadella and Javea, all within 15 minutes drive. The area is very civilised and safe with good road access and mostly free parking. There are literally thousands of restaurants in the area. The nearest golf course is ten minutes drive and the lively resort of Benidorm lies thirty minutes away with a variety of theme parks and water parks ideal for entertaining children of all ages. The attractive local coastline and inland Jalon valley are ideal for walking in Spring and Autumn. Picturesque Altea, Guadalest castle and the Benidoleig caves are all within 30 minutes drive. Both Alicante and Valencia are about one hours drive away.
