We have enjoyed Live Over Lodge very much. It is in a very convenient location and we love the little viewing deck that we enjoy in the afternoons before dinner. The accommodations are comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We get our exercise by walking down to the marina and watching the boats. also, we get to pick raspberries in season, what more could you ask for in a relaxing vacation. Kila and Richard P
Although we have never rented this property we have been guests on several occasions over the years. We have enjoyed the beautiful setting and closeness to the lake. The cabin itself is spacious and equipped to accommodate the needs of most guests. The deck in the rear of the cabin is spacious and offers privacy for family and friends. We would highly recommend this property to anyone. Your stay will be a relaxing and refreshing experience.
Our stay at Bear Lake Properties, Liveover Lodge, was everything we hoped it would be. The cabin accommodated all of our family members with comfortable furnishings and a beautiful location. The children enjoyed running and playing games in the yard and the adults had fun preparing meals in the spacious kitchen with its amenities. We look forward to our next family reunion visit there.
This rental was spacious, clean, and accomodating for our large group. Although we enjoyed the cabin itself there were some issues that future goers should be aware of. The kitchen was NOT stocked well, although it says in the ad it is, and we had to improvise due to lack of pots, pans, and many utensils. The towels provided for showers were the size of dish cloths and were of very poor quality. Lastly, be sure to be VERY specific on the damage report given to you when checking in. We were charged a significant fee for a repair that was damage due to wear and tear on the home. It was NOT our fault but, something that needed to be repaired anyway and WE were the ones charged for it. The property management didn't even take wear and tear into consideration and just charged my credit card without even an email or call for discussion. Again, we enjoyed the size, cleanliness, and time we had together but, I would not recommend this cabin unless some of the items above are addressed.
This was a good property for our large family vacation. The beds were comfortable and it was spacious, particularly the kitchen and great room. The best part was picking large fresh raspberries from the garden.
