Condo, Studio + Convertible Bed(s), 1 Bath (Sleeps 2-4)

Stay 3 nights and all taxes and fees are included. No extra cleaning fees or taxes!

Looking for comfort, convenience, and affordability? This condo at Prospector Square Lodging and Conference Center offers all three. Play all day then come home to a comfortable studio where you may choose to stay in and use the kitchenette with range, microwave, refrigerator, and coffeemaker, or eat out at one of the many nearby restaurants and bars.

The mountainside location is beautiful and conveniently right on Park City's free bus line. A heated pool and hot tub are on-site. A health club and spa are also on the property, with discounted day passes available for our guests! The bed is very comfortable with a pillow top mattress. The room also offers a flat-panel TV, digital cable, and FREE WIFI.

The building has a digital keypad access for security. It is located just 1.5 miles from Park City Mountain Resort and 35 miles from the Salt Lake City Airport. The free bus stops right out the front door and takes you right to Main Street, all ski areas, outlet malls, theaters, shopping and restaurants.

50% of rental rate required upon booking with balance due 10 days prior to check-in. No security deposit required, however a valid credit card number must be on file in order to rent.

My name is Sheri Britsch. I have lived in Utah most of my life and have spent many weekend vacations in Park City. I am a librarian by profession and I will be happy to search out the best in Park City for you.

What makes this studio unique

These condos are not identical. When I walked in and saw the slate flooring and the finished kitchen in this unit, I knew I had found something nice that I could make nicer. I hope you'll agree that I did.

Cozy comfortable place in a convenient location

The condo was very comfortable, cozy and was perfect for my snowboard vacation. The bed was very comfortable and had plenty of pillows. There was also a hot tub at the facility which was amazing after a long day of on the slopes. Sheri also made it very easy to book, was easily reachable and allowed me to stay an extra night at very short notice. Thanks again Sheri! I hopefully will stay here again next year!

Ps its a great location. Short bus ride to Main St and bus pickup was right out front.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
