A Great villa situated within walking distance to the resort of San Antonio Bay, the beach and all local amenities. This villa is perfect for holiday makers who don´t want to hire a car. Set in a plot of land 2000sq m, it has 5 large bedrooms, 2 of which have en-suite bathrooms (one double bed and 4 with 2 x twin beds) The maximum capacity is up to 10 people. The property also boasts a spacious lounge with air conditioning, 2 separate bathrooms, private pool with waterfall, BBQ area with outside dinning facilities , and fully equipped kitchen. The care taker of the property lives on site, however all the facilities are exclusively for the use of the clients. This villa was extremely popular in 2008 and 2009, and has received many favorable comments.

The villa is close to the action, but yet away from it all; within walking distance of the beach and all local amenities. Spacious property. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, lounge, fully fitted kitchen, and air conditioning. Beautiful private pool, with waterfall feature,sun terrace and outside BBQ area. Fantastic location for those who simply want to relax, but enjoy being not far from the resort itself. Car Hire not necessary

Local Area: The villa is located just 10 mins walk into the resort of San Antonio Bay. The Bay offers a good selection of bars restaurants and shops to suit all tastes. The nearest beach is just 15 mins walk away. Its very easy to visit the resort of San Antonio, either by water taxi, or traditional taxi at a cost of approx 8 euros. San Antonio boast 2 famous super clubs Eden and Es Paradis, it also has a beautiful habour with many road side cafes, shops bars and resturants. Nght time sees the resort come to life with small market stalls dotted along the habour, and dancing water fountains. San Antonio is also home to the sunset cafes, with famous bars such as Cafe Del Mar, Mambos and Savannah.
