From there you can see the river “Main” taking an interesting turn and the calm “Tauber” joining it along the way. The wonderful view over the town adds to the charm of the apartment and creates a romantic atmosphere during day-time as well as night-time as you watch the sea of lights. The wonderful views over the lovely “Tauber Valley” will relieve you of mental pressure and stress and you will be able to arrange and rearrange your ideas. The apartment offers all conveniences for peaceful recreation. The furnishing is stylish and meets a high standard. On the seventh floor (of course a lift is available) you will feel like in seventh heaven. The statement of a guest: After only one week in this place I felt as relaxed as I normally do after a 3-week-vacation.

„Frankfurt am Main“ with the International Airport is only 90 km high way distance away from Wertheim. Wertheim is a small charming provincial town in the heart of Germany, which offers all sorts of activities. Very popular are walking and bicycle tours in beautiful and interesting nature along the 2 rivers “Main” and “Tauber”. You can visit museums and concerts and do al lot of sports, e.g. golf course nearby, tennis courts and swimming-pools. Close to Wertheim you will find very interesting places and cities, e.g. Miltenberg with historic sites of the 13th Century. In Wuerzburg, the capital of Lower Franconia you will enjoy the epoch of the baroque to the full. Bad Mergentheim is a famous health resort with mineral springs. The monastery “Kloster Bronnbach” is one of the most important convent churches of Southern Germany. In the outlet-shops of Wertheim-Village designer cloths will be offered in approx. 50 shops reasonable priced.

  • Price for 1 - 2 persons: 45 Euros per night, for 3 persons: 55 Euros per night and for 4 persons 60 Euros per night; plus final cleaning 40 Euros. From November until February plus heating costs.
  • Rights & obligations of accommodation contract: 1. Guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the apartment has been ordered and confirmed, or made available when confirm, not possibe due lack of time. 2. Conclusion of the acc. contract obliges the partners to the contract to fulfill the contractual conditions for agreed duration of contract. 3. landlord is obliged to compensate the guest in the event of no availability of the apartment. 4. In the event of non-utilization of the contractual services, the guest is obliged to pay the agreed price, less any expenditure saved by landlord (based on experience, savings 20 percent of the price for overnight acc.). 5.The landlord is required in good faith to otherwise dispose of non-utilized rooms as far as possible in order to avoid losses. The guest must pay the amount calculated in accordance with item 4 for the duration of the contract until apartment is otherw. disposed of. 6. The Sale Place of jurisdiction is Wertheim.

This property is not to be missed! We were very impressed with penthouse apartment...and the views were like no other we have seen in our travels throughout Germany. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in this very clean and well-equipped apartment. Wertheim and the surrounding area has plenty to offer with sights. Also, you are very close to Wuerzburg for the big city offerings. We enjoyed many hours of just staying in the apartment and relaxing, marveling at the beautiful views of Wertheim and the wonderous skies. Thanks to the very gracious owner as well as the helpful on-site neighbor.

Wir haben insgesamt 5 Tage in der Ferienwohnung (die durch die Mischung von antiken, retro und neuen Möbeln ihren eigenen Charme hat) verbracht, die alles enthält, was man für unbeschwerte Ferien benötigt. Darüber hinaus hat man wirklich einen hervorragenden Ausblick über das Maintal und Wertheim.
Auch die Betreuung vor Ort und reichliches Informationsmaterial zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflügen haben zu einer guten Erholung beigetragen.
Einziger Wehmutstropfen: die Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnzimmer sind nicht seniorengerecht.
