Villa Sortis is a recently constructed luxurious villa sat in the hills above Nissaki on the North East coast of Corfu. With 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it offers total luxury for any holiday. A private infinity pool which looks out over the coast and greenery that surrounds it makes this villa unique. Changeover day Preferred changeover date is Monday but we do offer some flexibility. We will also consider long weekends - especially in the quieter month Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed, air conditioning, front balcony and direct access to the pool. Bedroom 2 with twin bed, air conditioning and balcony. Bedroom 3 with twin bed, air conditioning and balcony. All with sea views Bathrooms: En-suite to bedroom 2 with shower and WC. 2 other bathrooms just outside the bedrooms Living space. Open plan living, the kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. Open balcony overlooking amazing sea views. 32' LCD UK Sky TV for total relaxation.

Villa Sotiris has amazing coastal views so you can see all the way to Corfu Town. You can walk to the beach which will take you 5 minutes. The sea is clear and safe. Once you have got down to the beach you can easily walk to the tavernas that overlook the beach. Nissaki From Villa Sotiris, head down the hill and you are in Nissaki. Down the hill is the quiet and exclusive beach of Nissaki, which has a few tavernas on it. The sea there is a fantastic colour and well worth a visit. Agni Agni is 5 minutes in a car, a very pretty little bay and the first of the 3 famous tavernas, “Agni Taverna” is the far one to the left. In the middle is “Toulas” and then at the far end is “Nicholas”. Kalami Just after Agni is Kalami. You can walk there from Agni, but the best way is to get a boat taxi from Agni Taverna. The first main building on your left is the famous Durrell White House; the restaurant here was being beautifully restored this Spring.

Notes: Outside There are many trees in the gardens including mandarin, lemon, fig, pear and of course plenty of old olive trees. Flowers are in abundance with a colourful rose terrace running the full length of the villa. Stone paths surround the villa and there is a large patio area around the swimming pool. There are plenty of loungers and chairs as well as two large parasols. For barbecues, there is a outside kitchen! With a huge BBQ just outside the kitchen, perfect for eating in. The terrace walls are floodlit at night and there is ample additional outside lighting. The private pool measures approximately 9x5m (1.7m at its deepest) and it is cleaned 2 or 3 times weekly. Underwater lighting switches on automatically at night. Golf Golf is available 30 minutes away on the other side of the island with the famous resorts of Ermones and Paleocastritsa.
