Photos and Description of the Green Valley vacation house rental

Our home is located in a quiet, established neighborhood. It has two bedrooms, one queen and one twin with two bathrooms, both with showers, one with tub. the kitchen is complete with microwave, 4 burner stove with oven, eating area, dishwasher, and ice maker refrigerator. The living room has a couch that makes into an extra bed and has comfortable lounge chairs. There is an enclosed Arizona room with desk and internet connection. Washer and dryer are available. Nice outdoor area with roses, palms and grill for cooking.The single garage has a work area.

Hello, We are a couple in our 70s who share Estes Park, Colorado and Green Valley ,Arizona as homes. Tom is a retired TWA pilot and I retired from 25 years of teaching. We love the winters in GV and have been going there for 18 years from November to May. Sorry no photo yet as we seem to only get photos taken of our six kids, 14 grandkids and 3 great ones! Tom is from Oklahoma and a tennis player I am from Montana and love to golf. We travel every chance we get and recently joined the home for exchange network.

Why thomas maher chose Green Valley

We purchased this property as a vacation home for us during our working years and after retirement decided to spend all winter in Arizona. We loved the home but moved to one a bit larger when we stayed for six months. However, we still like the home and take care of it ourselves with the help sometimes of a yard person.

What makes this house unique

This single standing home on a quiet palm lines street with nice neighbors is walking distance to the golf course, swimming pool, tennis, and rec center with many clubs and activities plus being only five minutes drive to shopping and cinemas and good restaurants.

We are located 20 miles south of Tucson in an active retirement community on a palm lined street with fabulous neighbors. There are 12 rec centers with activities for everyone including exercise gyms, tennis, crafts and games,classes in lapidary, pottery,computers, photography and more. There are eight golf courses within 40 minutes and one only around the corner along with the nearest rec center. So much to do for age 55+.Tucson International airport is only 30 minutes away and mountains for exploring, hiking. picnicking, and camping just as close. We live in the area every winter for help, advice and assistance if needed. Come enjoy!
