This is our stunning very spacious Luxury 7 bedroom / 4.5 bath villa located just 3 miles from all the Disney theme parks, our home has just been fully refurbished in 2009 to the very highest standards including oak hardwood flooring throughout the downstairs living areas and granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms making this home stand out from every other house at Emerald Island. Decorated in tasteful modern colours throughout including furniture to match, Tiled bathrooms, and many other upgrades which will make it feel more like home. All rooms are completely re-fitted with new designer furniture/furnishings, window treatments, luxury linens, superior electronics (LCD flat panel TV's) FREE high speed wirless internet and FREE local & long distance phone calls to North America and Western Europe including the UK. It has an oversized pool deck area for entertaining and large heated pool and spa (optional) with enough seating for 16 people

The emerald island resort is located on a secure resort just 3 miles from the disney theme parks which is a 5-10 minute drive, it's also just far enough away from disney parks if you want some quiet time and just want a pool day! the resort also has a fantastic clubhouse which is free for all guest's to use, it has a fitness club, large outdoor pool with poolside bar and a restaurant and games arcade. The resort is ideal for families who like to walk as it's built on a conservation area and has a childrens play area, emerald island also enforces a strict noise policy between the hours of 10pm - 7am so you know it will be nice & quite at night with no loud parties! The resort has a secure 24hr manned security gate and not just a gate code like other communities and if you have stayed here before will know is excellent as if you don't have a car pass will not get into the resort making you feel safer at night.

We stayed in this house in july 2009, the house is was like new, all the furniture and decoration had been replaced with high beds/furniture, the pool was large and had a spa, it also had a very large pool deck area for sitting and the pool area was not overlooked, the house is just a 10 min drive to all the disney parks, we would love to stay in this house again when we next visit disney and the people who own the home are great, they kept us up to date about our booking again and were happy to sort out the extras we wanted like a BBQ and pool heating.
We would recommend this home to anyone and it worked out great for our 3 families who all shared the home.

To sum up it's a wonderful home with wonderful owners
