Beautiful stone villa set in an elevated position overlooking the magnificent coastline towards Kalamata in the north and Trachila in the south, the sunsets from this beautiful villa will take your breath away! From sunrise to sunset you will love the large patio and 'infinity' pools which seem to flow into the sea! 3 bedroom air-conditioned villa built in the traditional style of the Mani region, each comprising 3 double bedrooms, are furnished with your comfort in mind. The main bedroom is situated on the ground floor and opens to the patio and pool, whilst the remaining 2 double bedrooms open to the upstairs patio. All bedrooms and bathrooms are well fitted and the dining room and kitchen are furnished to high standard with everything your family needs. Sunset Villa is less than 3 minutes drive to the crystal clear waters that lap the edges of variety of beautiful beaches. Enjoy the wide selection of delicious Greek regional cuisine at the many excellent Tavernas nearby.

The dramatic coastline is filled with hidden coves, beaches and amazing expanses of clear blue water , all backed by the Taygetos mountain range. On the beaches you will find for hire; sunbeds & umbrellas, pedalos, kayaks and small motor boats The area enjoys a warm Mediterranean climate .On average the sun shines for 3,000 hours per year. Linen is top quality 100% cotton pecale. Main bedroom kingsize bed has matching kingsize pillows. There is plenty of wardrobe, drawer and shelf space and ladies longer length dresses can be hung without creasing. We have furnished these rooms with our previous experiences and needs as holidaymakers in mind. Each bedroom has its own hairdryer in the dressing table drawer.

Indoors: Sunset Villa is equipped with a fireplace for winter, TV with DVD player, books and games. The lounge comfortably seats 6. The furnishings are new and modern. Open plan kitchen with under counter oven, hob & extractor hood, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer. New crockery & glassware, pots and pans, cutlery, coffee machine, and a toaster. The dining area has a large square table that seats 8. All rooms are air-conditioned. The master bedroom is downstairs with an X length kingsize bed and views of the sea. It has double doors which open to the pool and patio. Upstairs the remaining 2 bedrooms each have 2 X length single beds which convert to a kingsize, double doors that open onto the shared view terrace. 1 downstairs bathroom with a bath, toilet & vanity unit. 1 upstairs bathroom with a shower, toilet & vanity unit. The washing machine, iron, ironing board are discreetly housed behind a door in the downstairs bathroom.

Outdoors: Sunset Villa has a beautiful private 'infinity' pool with rimflow edge, which seems to flow into the sea! Even so, a variety of sandy beaches are less than 2km away. Tavernas serving local cuisine are also nearby. The surrounding garden in newly planted with flowers, herbs and fruit trees. The spacious veranda stretches across the front of the villa and has a large table with a big umbrella, where you can enjoy your meals outside or just relax. You can sit and enjoy your morning coffee here, or on the upstairs patio, whilst watching the new morning emerge, or witnessing a variety of breathtaking sunsets! The villa benefits from the cooling summer breezes..

The property is well named - the sunsets are spectacular over the distant penisular and the views in general are wonderful from its elevated position. The villa is brand new and luxurious although there are still some finishing touches to come - like curtains, blinds or shutters on the bedrooms! The pool is wonderful. Be warned the track up to the villa is rough and very steep and a car is virtually essential. However, this is a great place for a relaxing holiday with lovely hill villages and three very different coastal settlements within easy reach.

What a lovely villa. Everything is new and top quality. The furnishings are very tasteful and you can see that care has been taken when finishing everything.Expense has not been spared here. We had a wonderful week, enjoying the views from the patio and pool. It is amazing how quiet it is and how easy it was to relax, rather than our usual rushed holiday! We will defenitely be back.
