You are met at the Penthouse by Steve the owner, time to unwind!

Yours cases are taken up to your room, complimentary refreshments are served on the terrace, the fridge is stocked with a few treats and your are given a very valuable insight into the local area.

This is a very well equipped Penthouse, making eating in the new eating out, sea views, beach, swimming pool, large balcony you have it all.

The Sea front Penthouse, has spectacular views. It boasts three spacious bedrooms and two recently refurbished bathrooms. Positioned in a peaceful area on the Beach. Supermarkets, shops, markets, and restaurants are a short stroll away.

Our clients never want to leave and has been described as a home from home. First reaction is simply Wow! The private roof terrace is over 200sq foot, and now has a large family BBQ.

The space allows families to lounge around without being on top of each other. The view from the terrace looks onto the Med.

Internet connection, can be arranged, with a dongal at a one off extra charge of 30 euros.

The beach directly outside the apartment stretches for 6 miles, it is impossible to be any closer to the beach, because there are so many beaches, they never get overcrowded. You also have the option of the Mar Menor, which is an enclosed lagoon, and temperature of bath water in June -September. The Mar Menor is a 10 minute walk away, whilst the Med is on your doorstep. The other gets it up to 6pm i.e. the Med side. There is also a fabulous A large Naturist Beach a short journey away.

Stayed in a number of apartments, but nothing like this, it was just brilliant. Morning sunrise, took loads of photos. Its no wonder its so popular.

May see you in september with out the kids this time!

The terrace, well its just so big, and views and sound of the waves lapping up on the beach, heaven, weather was great, Penthouse amazing and the visit to Cartagena was brilliant.
