Perfect!
Our stay in this Chalet was perfect. It had everything we needed for a nice ski holiday. We arrived in the evening and had no problems finding our way with the directions Keli sent us - look for the reflector at the end of the driveway and you can't miss it. Because it was dark already we didn't realize how beautiful the scenery was until the morning. Every day we would see deer in the back wooded area. The location was great - a couple of minutes drive to Whitefish and maybe 10 minutes to the ski hill. The skiing was amazing! Even though the lift lines were long because of Family Day/President's Day long weekend and University Reading Week, the hill is so big it didn't feel busy once you were off the chair and onto the runs. It was nice that we could store our ski gear in the garage to dry. We made a trip to Kalispell, which is a quick 15 minute drive away, to Costco for cheap adult lift tickets. The Chalet has everything you need to prepare meals - new appliances,a fully equipped kitchen, and a BBQ on the large front deck. We loved the hot tub on the back deck which we greatly appreciated after a long day of skiing. It was also nice after a ski day to have the satellite TV to watch a couple of hockey games and the DVD to watch movies. The Chalet is nicely decorated, very comfortable and in a quiet peaceful location.Thank you and we hope to be back soon!
