5 bedroom, 3 bath lake front property!

This is a 5 bedroom home (sleeps 10) which features a large deck area opening out to a shared residential beach. Located just a few short miles from Heavenly Ski Resort and the Casinos- the central location and white sand beach makes this one of the most convienent and sought after vacation experiences!

About Kathy Wharton

This home was built in 1961 and owned by a single family since that time. The chalet is 'Old School Tahoe.' This property was recently purchased by new owners who plan to remodel in the future.

The home offers some of the most spectacular white sand views of Lake Tahoe. It offers a place to enjoy family, friends in a wonderful beach setting. Located near Heavenly Valley Ski Area and the Casino's, the location offers entertainment year round with minimal travel. Heavenly Valley is a very short 5 minute drive!!!

What makes this chalet unique

Whatever your interests, you are sure to find them in Lake Tahoe. There are unlimited possibilities for water sports/fishing, mountain bike riding, hiking and skiing/snowboarding. (Just to mention a few) This home also woulid also make an ideal setting for family parties.

Walking distance to shopping, rentals, restaurants, and casinos just a short drive away. But when you're at this house it feels like an escape getaway, it's the best of both worlds!! A magnificent view of the lake from the deck or beach right outside your back door. The kitchen is well stocked and so many ammenities are provided for you from bath toiletries to entertainment (i.e.,games, movies) it was one of the easiest trips to pack for. Comfy beds, and the home is clean and well cared for, and the owner responsive and easy to work with. We enjoyed every minute of our visit and can't wait to return again!! Highly recommend this rental!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

A group of 10 of us rented this house and absolutely loved it. The owners are very nice and helpful and the home couldn't be more perfect., We can't wait to come back. My daughter love to play in the back yard and the Lake view is perfect

Excellent Beach front property

This is one of the best beach front property or a recreational home. The home is maintained very well. It has a big Kitchen with all the utensils and cutlery. The heating works very well. It has lots of video and books library to read. All the bedrooms are nice and clean. The owner is very honest and sincere. Overall our experience was very good and have no complaints about the property. It has all the amenities as mentioned in the listing.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Young Children
