Whether you are in town on business, a convention or just coming for a visit, this is a great location with all of the amenities! Just steps away from incredible restaurants, library, urban park, museums and a few blocks to the Arts District with several theaters, the incredible Myerson Symphony Center and so much more.

All you will need is your toothbrush! Everything is included with this rental from Pots and Pans to Pillows!

Community amenities include a clubhouse, business center, resident lounge, high-speed Internet access in pool and public areas, controlled access, door attendant, elevator, concierge, fitness center, pool and whirlpool, and sundeck. Private parking garage for residents and their guests. Reserved spaces available.

If you are just visiting, the property is within minutes to the arts district with theatres, the symphony, ballet and many many museums. This was perfect for us! My husband was doing work in downtown Dallas and I was along for the ride. This location was a great home base for my shopping, museum and site-seeing excursions. The apartment was very clean and had everything we could need to make it feel like home. The building itself had so many amenities that we had access to. Chera and her team were so accommodating with any questions we had. I am sure they got tired of us calling but never showed it. We will definitely stay again!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
