This is a spacious brand new 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment sleeps up to 4 persons with lift access. This new development offers 2 pools + children's pool with Jacuzzis on of them HEATED! All guests are welcome to use the gym facilities and indoor pool at the hotel nearby. The property has modern stylish furniture throughout and comprises of an open plan lounge/dining area with air con and ceiling fan. The lounge leads out on to the balcony where you have views over the pools. The fitted kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle everything you'd expect from a self-catering apartment. There are 2 air conditioned bedrooms (a double and a twin), with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. These are situated at opposite ends of the apartment each has their own bathrooms (shower, WC in one and bath, shower and WC in the other).Additional features include TV, DVD and English and Norweigian Satellite TV. Plus 4 sun loungers by the pool.

This apartment is in a prime location in Kato Paphos, only 100 meters from the seafront, with the beach less than a 5 min walk away and many good restaurants and bars too. A 5-10 min walk will take you to the popular Pafos harbour where you can see the colourful fishing boats and sit at one of the many fish taverns and sample some of the great tastes of Cyprus (we highly recommend the fresh sea bream or catch of the day) or simply watch the world go by whilst enjoying a drink. Visit the ancient town centre of Paphos with its lovely winding streets and vibrant market. Whilst a car is not really needed to get around it is advisable if you want to visit some of the many historic sites, play a round or two of golf, visit other towns like Limassol and Larnaca or any of the other attractions of this wonderful Island. With superb all year round weather it is easy to see why so many people love Cyprus and come back year after year.

    Where the dates of travel may attract two discounts (ie. last minute discount and long stay discount) only the highest discount will be deducted from the normal rental rate. No special offers apply if the property has been rented on an under occupancy basis.

    Bed linen, towels and air conditioning are all provided in the price.
    A non refundable 25% or €100 deposit (which ever is higher) is required on confirmation of booking and the balance is to be paid in full no later than 3 months prior to arrival. A €200 security deposit is required with the balance and will be refunded in full at the end of the stay providing the apartment is in the same condition as found on arrival.
