Photos and Description of the Exmouth vacation house rental Large family holiday accommodation, sleeps up to 9

This very comfortable property will sleep up to 9 people. The original old cottage has been extensively extended giving excellent facilities and comfort. It offers a rural setting but easy access to Exmouth and all it's amenities. The accommodation comprises of a large family kitchen with hob, combi microwave and fridge freezer. The large lounge diner has a log burner, TV,DVD,and a family dining table. A ground floor bathroom and utility room lead up a couple of steps to a second sitting room with bed settee and a further bedroom with double bed. On the first floor the largest of the bedrooms contains three single beds a second bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom upstairs has bath, shower, WC and washbasin. Outside there is a large garden shared with the annexe property. There is plenty of off road parking.

St John's Lodge is set in the beautiful Devon countryside just outside Exmouth. There are many walks around the property and at the near by coast line. The sandy beach at Exmouth is 2 miles long with dunes to the East and and a marina to the West end. The town of Exmouth has numerous local shops to explore. Exeter city with it's Cathedral has many attractions and amenities.
