Set in a wonderful location surrounded by farmland but only one mile away from the nearby town of Lubriano, where you will find all the basic essentials at the mini market, butchers, greengrocer and bakers. There is also a post office, bank and a selection of bars and restaurants. For a greater choice of shops and restaurants the larger town of Bagnoregio is approximately 3.5 miles away. There is also a local restaurant within walking distance of the villa - 350mtrs. Ideally located for day excursions to the famous sights of Rome, Florence and Orvieto as well as discovering the smaller local towns and villages of Umbria. Visit lake Bolsena where it is possible to sail and take part in water sports or just picnic by the lakeside. A trip to the charming hilltop town of Perugia host to the famous jazz festival in July where the whole town stages a series of open air concerts or in October when the chocolate festival is held.
