A rare opportunity to stay in a detached 17th century traditional welsh cottage in the village of abersoch. with thick stone walls and slate roof the cottage stands in its own south facing garden and the gravelled driveway provides ample off road parking. the accommodation comprises ground floor with living room, kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom and conservatory. upstairs there is a crogloft with two single beds.the access to the crogloft is a steep open plan staircase. the kitchen was newly fitted in 2009 and includes a full gas cooker fridge freezer washing machine and microwave.the bathroom provides a full size bath, basin, wc and shower above the bath. the cottage includes a television, DVD player and mini Hi-Fi. the conservatory includes patio furniture which provides a very popular alternative dining area. being south facing the cottage is very light and the conservatory is often very warm.The cottage is available for family bookings only.

Abersoch is an unspoilt village best known for its natural beauty, sunshine, mild climate and miles of sandy beaches.The beaches provide large expanses of safe bathing and there are surfing and sailing activities throughout the summer season. The coastline and hinterland provide extensive footpaths and cycle ways in and around Abersoch and its neighbouring villages. Abersoch village provides a wide selection of hotels,pubs and restaurants and has a thriving evening life. In addition to surfing and sailing activities the village has an 18 hole golf course which borders one of the main beaches. For those interested in marine life there are off shore boat trips to the nearby St Tudwals islands continuing down the coastline towards the village of Aberdaron.

Ceiriad Bach is a traditional Welsh cottage with thick stone walls and a slate roof.It is one of the oldest cottages in Abersoch village.We have retained as many of the original features as possible whilst making the cottage comfortable for everyday living. The cottage stands on the edge of Abersoch village about a ten minute walk from the shops and a leisurely fifteen minute walk to extensive sandy beaches.

Other Activities: Jet Skiing, Boat Trips, Music Festivals, Quad Biking, Karting, Wakeboarding, Body Boarding

House clean and well-maintained.
Far enough out of town to be quiet, but still close enough to walk into town.
House lovely and cosy, but unsure whether would be suitable for cold weather stay.
Conservatory lovely and warm in good weather.
Garden small but very nice.
Access from road somewhat tricky.
Steep stairs unsuitable for small children.
