This studio is located avenue Hoche in the 8th arrondissement of early 20 th century building and it sleeps 2 people. the building is equipped with elevator, concierge, security code, intercom. The studio is at the 6th floor, it is plenty of light and very quiet on a big courtyard. The sofa bed, queen-size bed (160-200cm) is comfortable and easy to open. the kitchen is fully equipped, vitro-ceramic ,extractor hood, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster,and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a window facing courtyard and is equipped with washbasin, shower, restroom, washer in the closet and heating towel dryer.

This studio is located avenue Hoche one of the 12 avenues starting from the Place Charles de Gaulle with the Arc de Triumph at the top of the avenue. It is two steps away from the avenue des Champs Elysées. At the end of the Avenue Hoche you have the Parc Monceau. The famous rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré beside the apartment leads you to many interesting places like the Madeleine Church, you can also find many shops and restaurants. You can also find a Parisian outdoor market rue Ponclet and many shops in avenue des Ternes. There is a little supermarket avenue Hoche open 8am to 8pm, and a bakery near the flat. Stations are Charles de Gaulle or Courcelles.
