Apartment Lucia is a comfortable and spacious 1 bedroom 1st floor apartment with views over the sea and the high mountains of the mainland beyond from its large terrace. Tastefully furnished this apartment is a relaxing and tranquil place to stay to be away from it all yet close enough to the town of Supetar to enjoy its many restaurants and cafes and its night life too. The apartment block has a communal pool with small sunbathing terrace set with olive groves and fields around. The nearest beach is 600m away so we recommend guests have a car. And with a car the many secluded out of town beaches can be explored! These are the best beaches to enjoy!

Supetar is the 400 year old main town of the island of Brac and in its quaint centre around the old harbour are the many restaurants and cafes it is famous for. In the new part of town are yet more eating places and bars and 2 nightclubs plus a childrens' outdoor funfair. This makes Supetar a number one destination for families as well as young people in the high season. But come outside of the high season in June and October and you'll find a way of life in the town and on the island that has changed little in a century - sheep pasturing across the countryside, olive picking in October, the daily comings and goings, but all at a leisurely pace of life to ensure your holiday is a relaxing one! Split, a renowned World Heritage Site, is just a 50 minute ferry ride away and is a great place to spend an afternoon or evening, exploring its 1700 year old alleyways and ancient monuments, and relaxing over dinner or drinks

No matter if you are arriving by car or by aeroplane, you need to reach the city of Split on the Adriatic coast. When you arrive in Split, head to Split ferry port from where there are frequent car ferries to Brac island, town of Supetar. The ferry company's name is JADROLINIJA and their offices for ferry ticket purchase are at the terminal. The ferry ticket price in one direction is approx. 30 € for a car and the driver, any extra person ticket is approx. 5€. When in Supetar, you will be greeted in the Brac island office of Dalmatian Property Management. After making the reservation of a property for your holiday, you will receive a direction sheet with photos on how to find the office.

Dalmatian Property Management office in Supetar will supply photo directions on how to get to the property, the keys of the property and all information’s about region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. In a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help and at your service throughout your stay in one of the properties we manage.
