Great Family Vacation Spot

This was our first visit to Eagle Crest and the owners not only provided accurate information about the condo, they were helpful and patient and answered my numerous questions in a very timely manner. The condo had ample room for our family of 5 (3 boys ages 7,7, and 9), was very clean and provided all the necessities for a home cooked meal including staples which was very much appreciated. Our family travels a lot and a downside of most rentals and hotels are the horrible beds - not this place. The beds in all three bedrooms were extremely comfortable and despite our best intentions to stay up and use the hot tub each night, we ended up crawling into bed, exhausted from the day's activities and fell fast asleep.
The house was nicely situated on the 9th hole of the Eagle Ridge golf course,, and my husband and three boys were able to walk to the first tee of this course and the Challenge course for some twilight golf (kids play for free after 3pm). We were a bit too far to walk to the outdoor pools but were about a 5 minute walk to the indoor pool. With miles of paved trails, our boys spent time outside on their scooters waiting for us as we gathered our belongings to hit 1 of 3 pools. Bikes can be rented, which we did one day, but next time we will bring our own bikes as there is so much to explore on this resort. The weather is fabulous in August (high 30's each day we were there), and the air conditioning was a welcome reprieve from the hot sun.
We had an amazing trip and will definitely be back again next year.
