Our luxurious 3rd floor lakefront 3 bed apartment offers 2000 sqft. of spacious living area & stunning lake views - sleeps 10 !! and is just 1 building away from the Pool & Clubhouse. Fully equipped apartment, we provide everything !! Kitchen, large dining room & living room with a large walk-out patio with lots of seating. Sleeping accommodations include a King bed in the Master suite with large Master bathroom, Double bed in the second bedroom, 2 x Double beds in the third bedroom & Double sofa sleeper in the living room. In addition to a TV/DVD in the large entertainment center in the living room, there are also LCD's in all bedrooms along with cable TV. Living Room ~ Sure to be a favorite with overstuffed couches, cozy throws, 37” flat panel LCD TV with DVD. At night, the couch pulls out into a comfortable queen-size bed.     Check-in is 4:00 pm ~ Check-out is 11:00 am (we are happy to accommodate an earlier or later check in time if available and understand you don't want to be hanging around after a long journey waiting to check in especially when you have little ones)
  • OUR BOOKING PROCESS:
    Please email first to check that your desired dates are available. After checking availability, providing you with a total cost and receiving your confirmation that you wish to book the stated dates, you will be sent a booking form which should be completed and returned by mail or email together with your 10% deposit. If your booking is less than 6 weeks before your arrival then full payment must be sent with the booking form. Any balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival in the US. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the signed booking form and after your deposit has cleared the bank. The signing of the booking form confirms acceptance of the T&Cs by all persons occupying the property.
    We accept payment by £ cheque, Online bank pyments, Overseas BACS, Paypal or credit card. All quotations are provided in £ Please advise if you require your quotation in an alternative currency.
  • The property is available to rent 52 weeks of the year, we accept short term stays (minimum 3 days), holiday lets, corporate and long term residential lets. We have a management company on site who are on hand 24hrs a day to look after you throughout your stay.
    The condo is key coded so no need to worry about having to collect keys on arrival or worst of all risk losing them on your holiday and not being able to get back in ! 1 week before you depart I will email you a code - this code is specific to your booking which will only work between the dates you have booked, it is exclusive to you and activates on arrival.
