Our apartment is located close to the awarding pool & clubhouse and has a PERFECT view of the beautiful landscaping and gardens along with a view of Lake Cay. Fully equipped kitchen, large dining room, and living room with a large walk-out patio. Sleeping accommodations include a King bed in the Master suite, Queen bed in the second bedroom, 2 x full beds in the third bedroom and Double sofa sleeper in the living room. Also, a 32' HD TV with DVD in the living room and 15' LCD TVs in all 3 bedrooms. Additional information about rental rates

  • 13% tax is applied to every reservation (compulsory tax in Florida)
    A cleaning fee of £60 is applicable

    Check-in is 4:00 pm ~ Check-out is 11:00 am (we are happy to accommodate an earlier or later check in time if available and understand you don't want to be hanging around after a long journey waiting to check in especially when you have little ones)
  • OUR BOOKING PROCESS:
    Please email first to check that your desired dates are available. After checking availability, providing you with a total cost and receiving your confirmation that you wish to book the stated dates, you will be sent a booking form which should be completed and returned by mail or email together with your 10% deposit. If your booking is less than 6 weeks before your arrival then full payment must be sent with the booking form. Any balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival in the US. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the signed booking form and after your deposit has cleared the bank. The signing of the booking form confirms acceptance of the T&Cs by all persons occupying the property.
    We accept payment by cheque, direct deposit or Paypal. All quotations are provided in £, $ and Euro. Please advise if you require your quotation in an alternative currency to the above
  • The property is available to rent 52 weeks of the year, we accept short term stays (minimum 3 days), holiday lets, corporate and long term residential lets. We have a management company on site who are on hand 24hrs a day to look after you throughout your stay.
    The condo is key coded so no need to worry about having to collect keys on arrival or worst of all risk losing them on your holiday and not being able to get back in ! 1 week before you depart I will email you a code - this code is specific to your booking which will only work between the dates you have booked, it is exclusive to you and activates on arrival.

Stayed for 14 nights at this very nice condo at Vista Cay. The condo has all you need for a nice holiday where you can feel "like at home". The location is also just perfect. Close to international drive (walking distance, if you like)

Also very good service from the owner, so I would highly recommend to rent this condo if you are looking for a holiday in Orlando

Beautiful apartment close to all of the Orlando attractions and within minutes of Universal Studios, Seaworld and Wet and Wild. We have a large family (5 adults and 5 children) who enjoy traveling together. The apartment comfortably accomodated the whole group. The kids loved the pool area and spent all of their free time there. The adults loved the balcony veiws. During our first trip I was in a wheel chair due to a broken ankle. I was able to navigate very easily in the apartment and accessing the apartment. The owner was very gracious and provided us with all of the information we needed for a great trip. We have now booked twice and any future trip to Orlando will include a stay in the same apartment.
