A spiral staircase leads to the private lower game area with spectacular views of the mountains and Las Vegas strip. The games include a 50' shuffleboard court, 3 challenging putting greens, a bocce ball court and numerous games such as ladder ball, bean bag toss, jarts and water balloon slingshot into the desert.

The backyard‘s many water features are controlled through a single panel, including waterfalls, jets, lights and fountains. You can enjoy this tropical paradise worry-free since daily maintenance of the pool, spa and stream is included in the resort rates. There is no charge for the gas heater for the spa, although there is a $50-100/day charge to use the auxiliary gas heater for the pool depending on the month (no charge for solar heating).

The pool, spa and stream have all been built with the upgraded pebble tec finish. The pool has a built-in cleaning system and a swim-up bar with 4 stools, a large wet deck and a waterfall grotto. Over a dozen different-sized floaties along with numerous other pool toys are available for your enjoyment. The raised spa sits in a private corner of the backyard with beautiful views of the Las Vegas valley. The spa can accommodate up to 12 people with 2-level seating and has a heated waterfall grotto as well as numerous jets. A separate waterfall starting from the spa creates a small stream that leads to a moat surrounding a large gas fire pit. Three bridges cross the moat into the fire pit area with flagstone seating for at least 10 people.

The outdoor kitchen includes a raised bar with cement countertops that have recycled glass and glow-in-the-dark stones (that sparkle like stars in the evening). Built into the U-shaped kitchen is a 3 burner, natural gas stainless steel grill with an additional infrared burner and a separate side burner, a small refrigerator for drinks, a sink and large storage space.

An expanded covered patio not only covers the outdoor kitchen/bar but also the outdoor dining room, complete with the same modern resin wicker furniture. Nearby is the outdoor living room with a matching loveseat, two arm chairs and a large ottoman/coffee table.

Another spiral staircase leads to a place we call 'Top Side', a covered 2nd story balcony off the master bedroom with awesome views of the Las Vegas valley and surrounding mountains. This is an excellent spot to enjoy a nightcap or a glass of wine and watch the beautiful sunsets. A hammock, telescope and chess set are also available for your enjoyment.

Although the summertime in the desert gets hot, we have you covered. Misting systems have been installed in the patio area, the balcony and even at the swim up bar. These systems, when in use, cool the area by almost 20 degrees. We've also taken steps to keep the indoors cool by installing UV sunscreens on the sunny sides of the house and remote controlled ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and family room.

So, although there are many casinos and shows to entertain you, why would you ever want to leave Villa Fiesta…..?
