1 bedroom apartment, located in Finchley and very convenient for London, free internet, quiet residential street. Only 3-4 minutes from the underground station taking you straight into Central London in 20 minutes without changing. It has a direct link to Kings Cross/St Pancras and very convenient for the Eurostar. We offer luxury accommodation consisting of:

- 1 Bedroom - a large double bedroom with a 5ft pocket sprung bed and a fold-down bed. Good cupboard space, ironing board and iron.

- a great lounge with comfortable couches, DVD and cable TV. There is a sofa bed and a further single can be added to make up to 6 people sleeping.

- Bathroom has a separate power shower and a full sized bath.

- Kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge freezer, new cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, and there is a table and chairs for dining. Fully equipped with all cooking utensils.

- Washing Machine - There is a washing machine for clothes located in the kitchen.

The Locality: It is a very clean and tidy apartment and it is in the London suburb called Finchley which is a very safe and nice area. It is located in a quiet residential road away from passing traffic or train noise.

Very Close – max 10 minutes walk: At the top of my road, there are a few shops including a confectioner shop and a small supermarket where you can buy essentials. Then, about 10 minutes walk (or there are bus services from the top of the road), there is Finchley Central or North Finchley, which has the big supermarkets called Tesco’s, Waitrose and Sainsbury's and all the banks. North Finchley has more extensive shopping facilities including a very wide range of general shops, cafes and restaurants and should be able to cater for all of your needs.

Hampstead is one of the most exclusive suburb and park areas of London and I find it very pleasurable just walking through the roads to see the beautiful houses, many of which are absolutely fabulous (see below).

Shopping Centre Complex and Local Areas: Closest Shopping Centre: 15-20 minutes by a bus 1 minute from the apartment is Brent Cross shopping centre in Hendon which has all of the main shops including John Lewis, Marks and Spencer and all of the mainstream fashion shops and well known high street chains and has extensive options of places to eat. This is an enclosed shopping centre (and so you don't have to worry about the weather) and there is a bus (the 326) which runs from the top of my road (1-2 minute walk) and takes you directly to the shopping centre where it terminates, so you cannot get lost.

HIGH SPEED BROADBAND INTERNET AND CABLE TV INCLUDED FOR FREE

The apartments come equipped with cable TV and broadband wireless internet with a fast 20 MB internet connection, for connecting to your own computer.

Hamstead & Belsize Park: Hamstead is one of the prettiest areas of North London. It is within reasonable Distance: It has a vast choice on offer. It is an extremely pretty suburb of London. On one side it has countless restaurants, cafés, bars, cinemas, pancakes, shops and theatre and on the other side it has Hampstead Heath with breathtaking views of London, a teahouse in an old English mansion and beautiful walks through very pretty parkland.

Just a stop away from Hampstead is Belsize Park (but is also a pleasant walk from Hampstead) which is a very pleasant up market area with many restaurants and a lovely cinema.

Then another stop away on the underground is the well known district of Camden. This is home to the very famous Camden Lock Market, which has a vast array of stalls, food and shops on offer and is very easy to reach. There are stalls with every kind of interest you can think of. The fashions and styles are very fascinating.

BRETHTAKING HOUSE AND NEIGHBORHOOD

I was living during 7 days in both apartaments and they are very comfortable, clean and well-equipped. The best are the beds, are incredibly comfortable. The owner is quite attentive and helped us a lot of with the movements from the airport to home, besides you could some information will be at home in your arrival. The underground is very close and a ''tesco'' (supermarket as ''carrefour'' in Spain) with cheaper food and great variety of products.
When I return another time to London I'm sure that I will book the same apartament.

COMFY, CLEAN AND WELL EQUIPED!

I stayed at this flat with 2 other friends for a week. The house was in a nice, quiet neighbourhood, with buses nearby and a few minutes walk to the tube station. It also has a little supermarket near the station, which came in handy! The flat was very clean and comfortable. Well furnished, with excelent sofas! A great lcd tv. Warm heating throughout the flat. The master bed´s matress was amazing. Better than my own bed! I loved the shower! Very powerful. The kitchen was my favourite. Remodeled with good taste and very well equiped for cooking. I loved the little washing machine, because no one likes doing dishes on holidays!
The owner was very nice and does a great job.
I will definitely recomend this flat to friends and family.

EVERYTHING´S FINE!

Thanks to Mr. Jacob, the owner. He is doing a good job: the flat is nice, clean, comfortable and big enough for a family with 2 children.
we enjoyed our stay in this quiet area, the travelling with the tube is easy and takes not too long (20-30 min). Also there is a small shop nearby for the everyday things. We gonna come to this flat again!

WEST FINCHLEY APARTMENT

Very nice, with all the necessary facilities, including full kitchen, living room with gas fireplace and French doors opening to back garden. This great 1 bedroom apartment is situated in a quiet residential road away from passing traffic or train noise, and very close to the station, just 3-4 minutes. It is bright, comfortable, clean and spacious and is ideal for couples, families and sharers. The apartment is in West Finchley near to West Finchley underground station, which takes you straight into central London without changing. There are also buses (1 minute walk) at the top of the road and excellent shopping facilities nearby. Parking is free, as you can park for free outside the house and you are outside the “congestion charging zone”.
