Great location, adorable lodgings

I stayed in the studio unit of this tri-plex for about 4 months from Oct-Feb when i relocated to Austin (had to move out a couple of weekends because it was previously rented). The studio unit is in the back of the building on the first floor, so it feels private. The decor/style of the interior (and exterior) of this place is lovely, which was enjoyable for the length of time I was there. It has everything you need furnished, and a pleasant outdoor area that is just yours. The bathroom is small, but has everything you need (only a stand-up shower, though, no bathtub), and the kitchen has all the essentials. The location is right in the Barton Hills neighborhood, within walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops and bars (and a quick ride to Barton Springs Pool and/or Barton Springs Road). The owners live nearby and were very attentive to anything that came up over my 4 months (nothing major did, the place is highly maintained). I would certainly recommend this location (much more cozy than a hotel room!).
