About Deborah Adelman
We recently bought this cottage. We have had a cottage in this region for the past 5 years. We sold the smaller cottage to buy this much bigger cottage so that we can accomodate more friends and families when we are at the cottage. The cottage is a great place for entertaining and spending time with friends and families. Also, Awenda is a great bonus! We spend a lot of time hiking, biking and skiing in the park. We love it!!!

Why Deborah Adelman chose Penetanguishene
The location!!!! Depending where you live in Toronto it is between a 1.5 to 2 hour drive from Toronto. It is so close that sometimes we just go up for the night. Also, we love being close to a town with 24 hour shopping, great food and ammenities. We love the local restaurants and fresh farm produce that is available within 10 minutes of the cottage.
What makes this cottage unique
The cottage is located on a small, beautiful spring-fed lake. It is wonderful to swim across the lake. We also love going to Georgian Bay to enjoy the big lake with great waves, swimming and long walks on pristine sandy beaches. It is the best of both worlds -- the big lake with the long sandy beaches and a small, more intimate lake experience. You can also enjoy drinking water from our well. It has been tauted as some of the best water in the world!
